TAYLOR WINE MUSEUM

Taylor Wine Museum

The Greyton H. Taylor Wine Museum is a part of Bully Hill Vineyards, located in Hammondsport, NY. Taylor’s son, Walter S. Taylor, founded the museum which is divided into two buildings. The Cooper Shop Building includes local memorabilia and wine making equipment from the early days of the Finger Lakes wine industry. The Walter S. Taylor Art Gallery houses original artwork by Walter Taylor, including paintings, inks and mixed media pieces. Aside from the 200 pieces of art in the museum, Taylor’s work is also featured on the labels of Bully Hill wine bottles. Other sections of the museum include artifacts from the days of prohibition, Presidential Glassware and a collection of Taylor family photos.
