Formed in 2014 by British native – Bradley Gillett, Seneca Lake Brewing Company provides Cask & Bottle Conditioned Real Ales. Operating on an 8-barrel brewing system imported from Lancashire, UK, Seneca Lake Brewing Company produces a diverse portfolio of cask & bottle conditioned real ales including their flagship British Style Real Ales. It is New York State’s only dedicated cask ale brewery, setting the standards for cask & bottle-conditioned ales across the State.
Enjoy a pint pulled through a traditional British Beer Engine at The ‘Beerocracy’. The pub is located at the main brewing location (4520 State Route 14, Rock Stream, NY, 14878), and offers a journey back in time and across the pond to a traditional, turn-of-the-century Tudor Style British Pub.
