Located about halfway down the west side of Seneca Lake.
Climbing Bines offers small-batch, hand-crafted ales brewed with the freshest estate-grown hops and local barley. The brewery, a renovated farm shed, opened its doors in the summer of 2013 offering fresh-off-the-farm brews with regionally distinct tastes.
Their Farm was established in 2007 and is a 1.5-acre hop yard comprising seven cultivars: Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Hallertau, Magnum, Nugget, and Willamette. Their farming practices are focused on sustainable agriculture and environmental consciousness.
Climbing Bines hosts many events throughout the season, including but not limited to live music, festivals, Chili cookoffs, tournaments, and holiday celebrations.
They offer several event packages which can be personalized to your needs, including a beverage serving staff, inside table/bench setup, clean-up team, parking staff, provided water in growlers/grenades and much more. A Wedding or Day-of Planner can be provided at an additional cost. See their website for more details.
