Established in 1983 Castle Grisch Winery and tasting room sits on 200 acres of land with over 40 acres dedicated to 14 different grape varieties. Their wine list features white wines such as fine viniferas including Riesling, Gewurztraminer, and Chardonnay alongside Cornell hybrids Cayuga White and Traminette. They also have light, fruit-forward native varieties, red and white sparkling wines, wine parfaits in a variety of flavors, and sangrias.
